1. Can customers check room availability before making a reservation?

Yes, Snoozecube booking system has been designed with an easy-to-use interface that allows customers to check room availability, and then make a reservation for the selected rooms. The booking will be directly entered into the hotel’s main reservation system.You can also check availability over the phone number: +971 4 2244113

2. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

All customers who complete the three steps of the reservation process will receive an instant on-screen confirmation of reservation. The screen will provide their reservation details as well as a booking id / number.
The customer needs to print the notification he receives through mail while making the booking and provide it to the location where he wants to avail the service.

3. How many rooms can a customer book in one reservation?

Customer can only book one room in a single reservation.

4. What about cancellations?

Customers can cancel their bookings 24 hours prior to arrival date, with a 1 hour booking fee charged. (AED 75 / USD 21 for a single cube or AED100 / USD 28 for a shared cube).

5. Is my data and booking information safe with Snoozecube?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place a reservation. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment .
After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.

6. In which currency I will be charged while booking online?

You will be charged in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) exchanged from your local currency.
